I'm stumped. I never had a problem running RTCW under WInXP, but I recently reformatted and now I am getting a problem with both of these games. Basically If pan my mouse quickly the screen image goes a little 'blocky'

Drivers Det 21.83 and 23.11
This problem didnt exist earlier. I have removed, swapped drivers 2x and it still persists. I don't have this problem in UT, CS, Empire Earth or Ghost Recon
Help would be appreciated
