So they decided to block sites at work.

Could you just use:

[deleted]

to get aroudn that. I dont get it.

Sites are blocked per their IT regulations/policies.
Live with them or leave if you do not wish to request for them to be changed.

Anandtech will NOT be used to assist in circumventing these types of policies at the workplace or educational institutions.
