Blockbuster online still sucks...

So last month they shipped the wrong movie... According to them, they shipped Good Night and Good Luck Blu-Ray, i ended up receiving Four Brothers DVD. The month before i recieved a movie that wouldn't play in any of my players.

Fast Forward to the present, I recieve two more Blu-Ray discs in the mail, BOTH of which have small cracks/pits taken out of them. Definately not from shipping, seems they were damaged either by another subscriber OR at the distro warehouse...

WTF! Do they check these at all?

I would say that it's nearly impossible to check the playability of all the DVDs as they come in and out.
