I was wondering what the different block sizes are for a FAT32 partition? What partition size does it go from 16k to 32k?
Anyone know of a site that displays the info for different block sizes, like 4k, 8k, 16k, 32k?

At 20gigs, it seems to be 16k, but at 100gigs, it's like 32k. I'm trying to figure out the best partition sizes to minimize block wastage
when using FAT32 on a WD 1200JB 120gig drive, or does it really matter? Opinions?

Use NTFS. It's really the recommended file system even if you have smaller partitions. For 100GB partitions, you really should be using NTFS. :)

Yes, I'm trying to figure out the best solution for long term. I still need a relative amount of space for FAT32 so that my old progys still work.
I just wasn't sure what size of partition to use or if I should use the big drive for FAT32 or if I should just use it for NTFS cause I have a 45gig drive too which is FAT32 now.
I would like to be able to get rid of the numerous partitions on the 45gig drive now but not lose the info and then just use that drive for FAT32 (in like 2 to 3 partitions).
