Block individual machines/users from website with sonicwall TZ170

Is there a way to block specific computers from accessing a website (e.g., facebook) with a sonicwall TZ 170? I know there is a way to block all machines behind a TZ 170 from a particular site, but would like to block only specific machines (e.g., based on MAC address).
