"Block Checker" {msn-related spyware stuff}

Hey. If you guys get a message from a friend saying "Did they block you too? Download a free MSN Block Checker http://www.block-checker.com " DO NOT download it... Umm.. now on with the problem if you have downloaded it.. =[ .. How do I get rid of this, can anybody help me? Whenever I try to message a friend it gives them that message and its kind of embarressing. I don't really want to reformat or anything but I will if it comes down to it.. I already removed the program in the Control Panel. I didn't reinstall MSN, because my friend has it too and he says he already did that and nothing happened so.. Any help please? thanks in adance <3

Oh nevermind I got rid of it I think. I just went to google and typed something like "Block Checker Remover" or something, and one of the first few results I went to, downloaded something, and it was gone (as far as I know) in just a couple minutes. but yeah, dont download it anyway lol
