Block Calls?

Does anyone know how to block private number calls? I'd like to do it on my cellphone, I have a friend that keeps calling me, and it's mildly annoying.

Is it something cellphone side or network side?

I believe you have to call your carrier.

You gotta call your carrier and enable the service (it's called Call Screening)... there's a fee though... like $5/mo.

If it's a friend, how hard is it to tell him to stop calling you?

Arg... you'd think it'd be simple enough phone side... right when it sees there it is a private number, it hangs up.
