Yes. There's the Blizzard Store (two of them last year... one in Hall A, one in Hall C) and the Jinx store for the most part. There are other vendors, but I doubt they will be anywhere near as busy. Also, note that a lot of people are stupid and buy shirts from the Jinx store there... the only reason to buy them are if you want to save shipping costs as almost all items are available from the online store (the murlocs were the only thing that weren't available at that time).
Sometimes there will also be long lines for the food courts, which to my knowledge only took cash (and they weren't cheap). You can also go out and walk to various eating establishments that are close by. Oh and for the love of God, do not make the same mistake I did and choose a hotel that was further away because it "looks close." ( Marriot Suites: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=...1534,0.004216&t=h&z=18 ) It was either a 15 minute walk to the convention center (and trust me, staying off your feet when you don't have to will probably be nice as you will be standing a lot during the ~12 hours a day you'll be at the convention) or a 15+ minute wait for the one Anaheim Resort Transit bus, which wouldn't drop you off in front of center, but at the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Convention Way ( http://maps.google.com/maps?f=...0.003067,0.008433&z=17 ).
The Hilton and Marriot both have close hotels... the Hilton is closer by a tiny bit but both are on Convention Way.
Also note that if you bring a backpack, which may be easy if you want to bring a snack or a bottle of water or whatever, they will have to check it before you can enter. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Also, when it comes to getting into the convention center, there will be looooong lines outside before it starts. They may change this as I know the first day the line was wrapping really far around the center, but the next day they herded us into the lobby of the convention center.
