Just wanted to share. Received and installed my new Samsung SynchMaster 955df 19in flat screen monitor today. Not a high end unit by any means (got it for under $300), but the image is so-o-o-o flat and sharp and seems on a par w/ the DEll Trinitron 17in unit it is replacing in terms of image quality (obviously I am in the early honeymoon period). Playing Quake 3 Arena was a whole new experience this evening, and I downloaded a bunch of nice test images just to appreciate the edge to edge experience. Real nice! A new (spelled larger) monitor is such a satisfying upgrade. Sigh!!. Well thanks for your indulgence. 🙂
