Seriously folks, I need to know because, well, I have nothing better to do.
Is 'blipping' the engine, where you give it a lot of gas quickly to rev-match, better or worse for the fuel-efficiency than applying steady pressure to match the revs?
This is assuming that this is during normal driving...not driving in a hurry.
I have my own thoughts on the subject, but realize the problematic nature of baseless assumptions, and would like to see knowledgable people discuss it.
