Blinker Problem

I have a 2000 Dodge Durango that both the left and right blinker blink really fast at the same time. When it usually happens one of the bulbs is out, but in this case they are both working fine just going really fast. Could the bulbs still be having trouble is could this be a more expensive electrical problem.

PS>The blinker fluid is filled to the top so that shouldn't be a problem.
 
Does the Durango have one of those $5 flasher units under the dash? Might be heading south......
