Does anyone know when a stable (i.e. not a nightly) Google Chrome build based on Blink rather than Webkit will be released?

Read the Techspot article about Google cutting out 9 million lines of code from Blink, and was wondering when I might be able to test it out, especially on my phone where Chrome lags like a mofo.
