How close does a person has to be for you to actually say bless you.

Currently i'm in a room where a person just sneezed, but its about 20 feet away, but the room is pretty empty.

If they can hear you clearly without you having to raise your voice exceptionally, it should be alright.

Well I've heard that it is impossible to keep your eyes open whilst sneezing. Can OT settle this?

YEs, you CAN keep your eyes open, however...it often hurts. ~_~
