blarg picking case with a budget.

It's so hard finding a case for someone when theres a budget involved : ( Anyway My friend wants a window and the case needs to look good too. Atfirst he was going to get a tsunami with a enermax psu, but then his budget changed dramaticly and now it needs to be around 80 for the case and psu. He likes this case: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=11-148-007&depa=1 but the power supply looks like it's a crummy brand and buying and not using a powersupply isn't an option (too expensive). I don't know for sure if the case is decent though, and I'm pretty sure the psu is good(it's got a 35A 12v rail).

just get 4 matching 80mm fans and mod them to 7V, for nice quiet cooling.
I've got 5 of these in my case. All you can hear is the gentle whoosh of air moving through the rear fan grills(I haven't taken the time to cut the grills out yet)

just get a cheap case and a name brand psu like sparkle. they're cheap and you probly don't actually need more than 300 watts for most puters

the case dooesn't really matter...it's a hunk of metal that holds everything in place. if you don't want a nice one i don't see a prob with getting a crappy one 🙂

Er, the case you linked is more expensive than the Antec SLK3700AMB ($75 shipped w/ Antec 350w PSU). If he's on a budget and wants a good case, Antec and Evercase have it covered. If he wants lights...oh well.
