Matrox isn't anything new, they're coming back. They know what they are getting into. Creative has a good idea with their position in the sound card market. SiS however has never been a leader at anything. Either way, I think all of the cards are well designed for their markets, and if they live up to their claims, they could be contenders. Who knows who will be #1 in performance, but they all should be profitable. One problem I do see rising up is that we could end up seing bigger incompatibility issues. Hopefully everything will play strict on the OpenGL & DirectX standards & everything will be happy, but in a real world we know that won't happen.
