Blank window in Rage3D tweak

I've recently installed Rage3DTweak so I can tweak some settings on my Radeon 9800 XT. I haven't used the program before, but I don't think it's working right on my machine. It adds 3 tabs to the ATI control panel. The first two, Overclocker and Custom Display Modes, work just fine. But the third tab, Rage3DTweak, shows nothing at all. All the documentation I have read implies that this is the window where most of the advanced settings can be tweaked. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Rage3DTweak multiple times, and I've tried it with both the 4.8 and 4.9 Catalyst drivers. This is also a very fresh XP sp2 install. Anyone know what my problem is?
