Blank E-mails in Outlook 2000

Two days ago, I started to receive e-mails whose bodies were blank. This doesn't affect all e-mails, just ones that are US-ASCII file format (like from a Telnet account). At least that's the only commonality I've seemed to be able to find. I've received this format before and everything was A-OK. I would reinstall the software but I can't find the original disks. Any insight as to what's causing this mess? Help, I'm losing e-mails and it's driving me nuts :disgust:
