blank dvd's for movie back up's

what is the best dvd brand and style (I am new to this) for backing up my own movies with a nec 2510 a dvd burner

The best are the cheapest good brand name ones you can find...& that will vary depending on where you live

ive alaways used Memorex for CD-R and DVD-Rs never had any issues, and they are pretty cheap

Great site. Look up your drive and it will list media it has the best luck with.
Burning software makes a big difference. Try CopytoDVD. No coasters for me.
