funny that, never happened.

of course you were caught lying by a mod :D

btw: I didn't notice that you had posted this link before realizing that the person who posted the video had misinterpreted what happened. So, I didn't assume it was a false representation merely because it was you, but simply because it was a false representation.

sure you did. there was no challenge, as pussy durant never even raised his arms, choosing to duck his head and bolt in another direction.

lol. your sig is all that anyone needs to know about your "credibility."

says the proven liar who doesn't have the guts to address multiple facts in my sig. keep duckin.

It's a pretty nice, athletic play, but I don't think it's anywhere the dunk of the year.

Now this is a poster (with a great leaper/defender trying to disrupt it with extended arms):

Part of the qualification for something being considered "dunk of the year" is that it actually happens in the year in question. As nice as the Gibson dunk was, that's last season. So far this year, Blake's got the best dunk I've seen.... What an absolute beast.

I never said it should be dunk of the year.

It's just an example of a truly monster, posterizing dunk. Griffen even lifted himself a bit with his off hand.

Wtf, that was electric because it was the playoffs last year, but Wade's momentum was going in the other direction, and he is 6'4 in high heels (which he wears often.)

Not even a shadow of difficulty or athleticism as Griffin's, who got hammered by a real center (undersized but thick), held the ball in one hand, and literally threw it down in full extention.

If anything, you should have posted this one from taj, much more difficult because of the timing and extension. But again, quadriplegic compared to Griffin's.

It was a great dunk. Looking forward to seeing what Griffin brings to the table at the dunk contest this year.

I'm not. He was third best in last year's contest, if that. The hometown crowd and the buzz that had been building before the event won it for him.

He is an amazing athlete but you're right, he jumped over the front end of a car's hood. No way that should have won. You bring out a car, people expect you to jump over it's highest point, not the lowest.

I'm of the opinion that the dunk contest needs to go though. I love seeing crazy dunks in-game, watching something like that happen in a hyper competitive environment that actually means something is way more impressive.

ever since Spud Webb there is very little reason to continue the dunk contest.

Don't forget the product placement during that event. It helps when you can use a product of a sponsor of the event as a gimmick.

that was pretty good, but again--his dunk over that French dude in the Olympics was considerably better than anything in a dunk contest.

also: Vince Carter is a fuckwad.

:awe:
No argument here. But come on, the through-the-legs, the elbow hang, the 360 windmill? No one's put together a better package of dunks than what Carter did in those three, fuckwadery notwithstanding.
