blah @ the weather

Goodness. I slept with my window open the whole last night and my room is still like a heater. It usually drops into the 60s but there was no wind at all last night.

I woke up at 7:45 today and it was 72 outside. What the hell.

I have no AC and i think I will hide in the library today to write my paper until it cools down.

I'm used to living in a house that doesn't even go above 80 on the hottest days. Usually it stays BELOW 75 downstairs even without AC. Hooray for trees and north-south facing houses.

But yea... my apartment is gonna be a nightmare today so I think I'll work in the library. Too bad I need my computer on so I think I'll just rely on remote desktop while my room is a toaster oven.

i dont know of many places here in az without air conditioning of some sort. its been over 90 for quite a while.

Fixed.

QFT. 80 degrees is right around my threshold. 75 and a light breeze = bliss.

You can always dress warmer. Once you get down to t-shirt, shorts, and sandals that is it.

Heat sucks. That's all there is to it. I would give up absolutely everything I had if necessary to keep my home and car at or below 70. Once the temp goes above 70 life becomes very very bad for me. Above 80 and it becomes very very bad for everyone around me. I've actually been fired, thrown out of classes, and asked to leave businesses and the homes of friends and family I get so awful in the heat. I absolutely cannot imagine living somewhere with an average temperature higher than 70-75 for more than 2 or 3 months of the year...and even that is too much for me.

we got to a nice 36C today. i wasn't outside more then a couple of minutes total in the entire day. i don't have AC and i don't think i'll manage to survive another summer here.

I would much rather be cold than hot. Sticky and sweaty in the sun is just not me. Its probably low 80's here right now and I am already miserable.

It was 83F, 95% humidity last night, so around that's like 110-115F. Today. it's 98F, 100% humidity, so.... it's pretty hot and stuffy here.

Oh yeah, I'm in the Amazon atm
