I'm stumped. On every other bootup, some 32-bit processes will NOT terminate no matter what. This disallows the system from ever shutting down. I can't force kill it at all. I've used just about every single kill software and native windows commands available, and nothing can kill the processes. It's only the 32-bit processes that are effected.
There's no real pattern to it either. Any random 32-bit process can suddenly decide that it won't terminate at all, unless I force a shutdown (hold power button for ~5 seconds..)
