Blackplate Removal Temperature Variance

for trisli or quadsli on air with reference cooler where the gpu are sandwiched.

obviously the back plate restrict air flow.

wondering if anyone has done any testing to show much of a temperature variance between leaving the backplate on vs pulling the backplate off.
