If this is true, I'm gonna pick up a used one for 200.

I don't see why Google would not allow it if Blackberry went to Google and did whatever it is other phone vendors need to do to get Google Play certified.
And that would be really cool if Blackberry actually did this.
HOWEVER... I don't believe that is going to happen. I suspect if this isn't fake, then some really smart person hacked Google Play onto a Z10.
How does this work without the nav buttons?
What's so special about the Z10? The screen-to-size ratio is terrible (huge bezels). I'd spend some more on the Nexus 5 any day.

I don't see why Google would say no? I don't even know how much control Google has over the Play store. (not the contents it sells, but the access to the store) Lots of no-name tablets with sub-$100 price tags sell with Play store access. Do they all get permissions from Google?

The thing is Google Play Store & Google Apps requires a license & a certain amount of licensing fees to run on an Android phone, the phone manufacturer can use the OS itself but without paying Google they cannot use their built in services nor the apps(from Google) themselves. Yeah so Blackberry, given that they've done this without the consent of Google, may get pummeled to death by an insane number of lawsuits however they can still technically run the thing(like PS emulation or bluestacks for Android on Windows) with Play Store on their phone, of course only after paying Google.Someone big as Blackberry tries to use Google Apps without paying would probably bring a lawsuit.

Well yeah I get that it isn't a done deal but assuming that they're looking to pull this off it certainly is plausible/feasible however it'll come at a price & whatever Google decides it may well be RIM's last hope for saving their dying handset division. They haven't really done this.
Its just a rumor/leak/whatever it is.
I doubt this is RIM sanctioned.
