blackberry with built in gps receiver

I'm using HP 6945 which has the stand alone GPS receiver which is very nice. I'm looking for something smaller but don't want to give up the GPS. I can't seem to find real info about which Blackberry model has the stand alone GPS receiver built in. A lot of the models says has GPS support but I would have to pay monthly fee to use.

Any BlackBerry with a '10' in the model name have GPS. The exception is the CDMA '30' models as some have GPS and some don't. The problem you are going to have is that all of them require a data connection. This wil involve a monthly fee, but once you have data you'll soon get used to it with email, web and IM apps.

So:

8110 - GPS
8310 - GPS
8130 - Check with vendor
8330 - Check with vendor

The BlackBerry Bold(aka 9000) has everything, but is a UMTS/HSDPA 3G device.
