Yeah, Idokorro is now Rove. Some other SW is showing on the feature Page of App World right now, RDM plus which does RDP for Mac and PC and is under $50.

I never tested with 2k8 and IIRC, the price was even cheaper than that, IIRC. It offered all kinds of benefits too. Starting services directly from the device, unlocking accounts, etc.

thx for the info. how was the screen scaling? that is really what this application needs - the ability for excellent screen scaling. i have personally suggested a netbook but i am told they take too long to start up - i myself think a good ssd would fix that for much cheaper and a "real" session and a regular rdp session but this person wants to use a bb to use the computer, well like a computer - but the bb is like 320x240 or so???? was your useability w/ shortcuts or did you use it like you would w/ a vnc or rdp session?

If you are trying to run a program off of RDP for a user app I'd say look elsewhere, or write a custom program for the Blackberry OS.

disagree I use the iPhone Logmein client a lot, I'm able to do work where ever I'm at. It's a bit slower than doing it from my PC, but the fact I can use it while I'm scarfing down hot wings and drinking beer up the street at the sports bar gives it a +1 in my book.
