BlackBerry Server Xpress Help!?!?

Our company is running the latest iteration (BESX 5.0.3 MR2) on a repurposed HP workstation. The box be default has 2GB or RAM. We got more RAM to perform an upgrade, 4GB (2x2GB) of the same spec and it installed, passed MEMTEST, and reported fine in Windows Server 2008 R2.

However, all mail stopped flowing to and from our BlackBerries. Is there some settings or things that need to be made in order for the BESX software to recognize the RAM and continue to function properly?

Putting the old RAM back in (2x1GB) worked flawlessly again.
