Does this work cross provider?

I have Verizon, he has Sprint. My PIN messages are failing with the dreaded red X. I know this is peer to peer so it has nothing to do with our BES server.

Yes, it's cross provider.

Open up the PIN message you sent and see what the reason for the failure is. It should say why it failed in the message header.

It should work. There have been times when my PIN messages have failed when sending to other carriers. This is due to some technical communication issues between the 2 different carriers. If you get this just wait a little bit and try again or alert your provider.
