I have a tablet - Blackberry Playbook - bot Sept. 2012 - issue was with passwords - blocked after too many passwords - Tried to follow instructions to Power back on but did not get an error message saying to hit the update option. It still comes on with the WELCOME page.
Grateful with any instructions on how to update my tablet.
