got a similiar email from my work, looks like things are getting backlogged, but my service is working intermittently. First time this has happened to my knowledge
 
I sent out a message to someone in the office this morning to find out if she wanted some coffee and I didn't receive the response until 3 hours later! I'm glad she called as well with her order.
