Blackberry is getting sued for misleading shareholders about the performance of its Blackberry 10 devices, and, more seriously, for violating SEC rules in how it accounted for revenues, allegedly leading to inflated stock prices. If you bought stock in BBRY in 2013 you may be part of the class action.

BlackBerry headed to trial over allegations it mislead investors

The Waterloo, Ontario based company will likely face trial in September or October of this year, New York judge Colleen McMahon ruled this week.

I can't imagine Blackberry has any money left. Will be interested to see how this plays out.
