so i thought i lost my blackberry moving like a couple months ago; subsequently i called T-Mobile and reported it stolen... I then changed plans to get a normal phone; however, my girlfriend's blackberry is damage (screen cracked) I was wondering if anyone knows if she can use my blackberry? or is it forever on some *blacklist... will it work?

If your phone takes a SIM card, i don't think it's possible for the service provider to ever find out if the phone is stolen and lock it.

There is still a unique identifier for the handset (IMEI) even on the GSM network, which they should have. You may be able to call T-Mobile and indicate that you found your old blackberry and get it removed from any blacklist they might be keeping and then assuming she is also on T-Mobile just pop in her SIM card.

well my contract was expiring so i just reported it stolen, but as i was rummaging through my stuff i found it... and no i did not buy or sell a stolen phone its mine LOL
