blackberry 7100t software update

has anyone updated their 7100t through tmobile? I just did and now my phone is all jacked up. The Enterprise activation icon shows up on the home screen instead of the browser icons, and I dont know how to switch it back. Does anyone have experience with this?

i don't see how one moved icon classifies a phone as being jacked up

its not jsut one. it seems to have disabled some features too.
