Hey all,

I am thinking my phone is muted, however using the "mute" key it puts the phone into standby..

How to I go about getting MUTE turned off on this phone.

The profile is set to normal / loud with no luck.

Can make calls perfectly fine, can receive calls.

No audio on the ringtone/messages/ etc.

I am missing all kinds of calls and messages because I can't get ANY audio at all out of this phone right now. It appears the phone is on silent ( it is not though )

Have you check the volume?

I havne't had the problems your descriping.

SOrry...you may want to exchange if you can't fix it...maybe the speaker is broken.
