Black Windows 7 themes?

I really liked my LE Black theme in XP...the ones I have tried in Windows 7 leave certain buttons too dark and the browser address line unreadable at times.

Anyone have good suggestions, I checked out DeviantArt, don't know if there is another good source out there.
