Black walnut stains on my car

Anyone have any recommendations for removing black walnut stains from the finish on my car? Some fscking squirrel decided to feast above my car the other night. I've tried washing and scrubbing, clay bar (I was out of ideas and it was the only thing I didn't try) and cleaner wax. The stains still look exactly the same. There was a fairly fresh (~month old or so) coat of wax on the car, and the shells couldn't have been on it for more than 14 hours.

Thanks in advance, google didn't really help.

Try a paint cleaner like this: http://www.mothers.com/02_products/07100.html

It's more abrasive than a typical wax and can get things out of the surface of the paint. Obviously you'll want to be more careful so you don't remove too much, but these sorts of products do a good job.

I've also had good luck with Zymol Cleaner Wax. I've always been a fan of Zymol's products. Link

I'd try a clay bar first. It that didn't work I would try goo gone, and if that didn't work I'd lightly wetsand with 1000 grit sandpaper then buff the haze out.

I'm thinking I may need to do something similar. We just moved to a place with a giant Eucalyptus tree that has been dropping its pink oil all over my car. I washed my car for the first time since moving today and was dismayed to find that shit seems to have dyed my roof and trunk lid with pink splotches. White paint can be a drag sometimes.

Thanks for the replies all. I'm going to pick up some of that cleaner wax and paint cleaner if I can find it locally, otherwise I'm going to order some. I need to pick up some more spray for the clay bar too, and I think I'm going to try using the clay bar for a longer period of time on one of the spots, just to see if it'll come off with it.
