Dari's thread covers this too. It is a lovely collection of posts complete with the xenophobic undertones (at best) and lack of appreciation for other cultures you will have, from time to time, come to unfortunately expect around here.

I love the French. They have a nice balance between the capitalists and the workers. Whos a capitalist, well you would know if you were one. Surficed to say you can still become a millionaire over there and at the same time lead a decent life with a minimum skillsket.

They also have great food, great sprirts, loose women ( i mean this in a good way), and a laid back culture. A lot of expats go to retire there.
