So my piddly 401k took a $6k dip. Let's hear how much you ATOT millionaires lost on Tuesday so I can feel better 🙂

Wow, never knew that the stock markets affects you're 401k. I need to learn more about finance.

don't let them trick you, when my contribution from tomorrow's paycheck goes into my funds, i'll be able to buy more shares at the new lower prices

so as long as you are buying all the time and in long term, you'll have a nice retirement fund

anyone else have fidelity? Is there a place to tell you what your annualized yearly return is? I wanted to check last year and this year as well, I remember seeing it somewhere but can't seem to find it anywhere right now 🙁

My portfolio is down 3.53% from yesterday. I guess that's slightly worse than the market as a whole (quote I saw on the news was -3.3%).

It sucks that it went down so much, but in the long run, 30 years down the road, it won't matter. I'm buying in over $1500 a month between retirement and non-retirement accounts, so I'm buyin in when they're down.

I lost around 15 million

but PAB probably lost 30 million. Tomorrow he will create a thread on how he got it all back and even doubled it in the process

Good point. There will be a lot of buyers tomorrow because of 401k contributions.

Weird, I was just going to ask why my 401k has gone up? I just recently move most of it from the safe to risky side. Maybe I screwed up...
