Black Themes for Windows 8.1?

I had black (Black top and bottom bars with white text) for my windows 8.0 and just upgraded to 8.1 and the backgrounds work, but my bars are grey now (a default color in the Control Panel options).

How can I get back to what I had?

I reinstalled the UXThemePatch already.
