Black Startup Screen in X

I built a new system and installed XP SP2, but after my bios and before the windows xp screen comes up, I get a black screen with white letters that says:
Please select the Operating System
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Microsoft Windows
Use the Up and Down arrow keys to highlight your choice
Seconds until startup 30..29..28

I get this everytime I startup. How can I get rid of this screen so I go straight from the bios to the XP startup screen, which is what I get on my other system?

Go to Control Panel -> System Properties -> Advanced tab -> "Startup and Recovery" Settings button. Uncheck "Time to Display list of Operating Systems", then click OK. Reboot.
