Black screen on TV running HDMI from Sandy Bridge motherboard.

Built a PC containing:
- P8H67-V mobo
- i5-2500K CPU
- 8GB Ram
- Win7 (x64)

When I use either DVI or VGA to a monitor, the display is fine.
But when I connect a HDMI cable from the motherboard to a Samsung LN46D550 TV set, either alone or along with a VGA cable to the monitor, the following symptoms occur:

- Both TV and monitor display POST fine.
- Both TV and monitor display "Starting Windows" fine.
- Both TV and monitor display Win7's spinning orbs fine.
- When Win7's desktop is displayed, the TV set goes black and then says "No signal".
... Meanwhile, if the VGA monitor is connected, it displays a garbled desktop background
... in the upper 1/3 of the screen and the Win7 desktop icons in the lower 2/3 of the screen.

I've tried Intel's HD graphics driver 8.15.10.2559 and 8.15.10.2509 but get the same symptoms from both.

Anyone running an Intel Sandy Bridge successfully using an HDMI cable to a TV set? If so, could you tell me what version of graphics driver you're using?

Thanks for any help,
Sky
