Black Screen 270x

I have been using an AMD 270x 2 GB as my main gpu in one PC for the past two weeks without issue. Today, I took it out to test a 280x, which worked, and when I went to put the 270x back in, all I got was a black screen.

I plugged the display directly into the motherboard and that worked fine. I then put the 280x back in and that worked as well.

Any ideas what is going on?

Is it possible the 270 wasn't seated correctly? Do you have any other slots or boards to test it in, that's the easiest way.

Power cycle the monitor and try another port of the back of the 270. My 290X was doing the same thing upon restarting my computer and it turned out that the DP wasn't working correctly.
