i don't even have one of those.

i could find my own birth certificate in about a half hour. i have a feeling Obama's file cabinet is better organized than mine, and that it's easier for him to find stuff in it. in other words, Obama could put this issue to rest very easily, but he hasn't.

i have a feeling the news is true, Obama was born in Kenya.

but, i don't care, i'll take the Kenyan-born Obama over the Alaskan born Palin.

This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding.

(italics mine)

His lawsuit is up shitcreek without a paddle.

I will continue to doubt that the OP was even born on this planet until I see his birth certificate, a note from his Mother in a recognizably human language, and a complete copy of his genome.

Christ almighty, is this still going on? Even if he was born in the center of Baghdad, his mother was a US citizen.

Also, I sense another conspiracy afoot. One in which Alan Keyes is deflecting from his own sordid past. Mix his name around and you get Kenya sAle. I think it was in fact Alan Keyes who was born in Kenya and is trying to sell the US out to his motherland!

Actually both parents must be US citizens, unless it's on a U.S. military base/embassy/territory.

So let me get this straight. The "logic" seems to be:

1) He won't entertain the conspiracy theorists, so it proves that it must be true.
2) No respected source is sufficient for discrediting the theory; instead, the truth is held by loons that fight the good fight through blogs and YouTube videos. Somehow, everyone close to Obama, including those vested in destroying him, can't come out with the truth; once again though, people who have never even met Obama have been able to determine truth through the intarwebs.

No, there's no pattern here. Where is that logical fallacy link again?

Actually, you're wrong. There are lots of conditions where the child of one U.S. citizen is an American citizen. Look it up if it means enough to you. I'm not going to waste my time to dig up links and quotes.

More importantly, ANY child born on U.S. soil is a citizen, even the child of illegal immigrants. Obama was born in Hawaii after it became a state. If you think there's any dispute about that, you have a government certified birth certificate against the speculation of fringoid wingnuts, including Keys and your "famed" wingnut historian, Webster Griffin Tarpley:

Webster Griffin Tarpley is an author, journalist, lecturer, and critic of US foreign and domestic policy. Tarpley maintains that the events of 9/11 were engineered by a rogue network of the military industrial complex. His writings and speeches describe a model of false flag terror operations by a rogue network in the military/intelligence sector working with moles in the private sector and in corporate media, and locates such contemporary false flag operations in a historical context stretching back in the English speaking world to at least the "gunpowder plot" in England in 1605.

Tarpley is "famous," all right... as a freaking 9-11 conspiracy theorist. Cue the freaking theramin (old sci-fi movie sound effect)...

I'm picking up bahahahahaad vibrations!

I don't know what you, Keyes and Tarpley are smoking, but it's pretty heavy sh8, and you're not even sharing.

Even Sarah Palin wasn't dim-witted enough to make this claim, so those raising it must be very special indeed.

Basically you are correct except there is an exception to that.

"Citizenship of Children

The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees citizenship at birth to almost all individuals born in the United States or in U.S. jurisdictions, according to the principle of jus soli. Certain individuals born in the United States, such as children of foreign heads of state or children of foreign diplomats, do not obtain U.S. citizenship under jus soli.

Certain individuals born outside of the United States are born citizens because of their parents, according to the principle of jus sanguinis (which holds that the country of citizenship of a child is the same as that of his / her parents). The U.S. Congress is responsible for enacting laws that determine how citizenship is conveyed by a U.S. citizen parent or parents according to the principle of jus sanguinis. These laws are contained in the Immigration and Nationality Act."

I know how you like to be factual. ;)

Quick question though, if someone couldn't find their birth certificate (maybe because the family moved from Hawaii to Seattle to Indonesia to Hawaii to Kansas or something along those lines), what do you think they'd do?

Personally I'd contact the appropriate state department. They'd probably look it up on a computer and print out a new one. Believe it or not, this is what the Obama campaign did thinking it'd put the issue to rest. The tinfoil hat brigade has refused to be appeased. The Obama campaign has given the kooks the level of attention they deserve.

Posting links to Alex Jones is not educational. It shows complete ignorance and lack of education. Alex Jones is very, very stupid. As in legally mentally handicapped. Seriously, search Google.

Please try to disprove the second youtube link. Again please im asking, why can't obama realease his full birth certificate and even his college application?
I'll admit I jumped a bit around with that second link but it's pretty silly and way to slow. He seems to be repeating those tinfoil hat claims that the documentation Obama provided was a fake because there weren't folds, you couldn't see the raised seal, and so on.

All of that has been disproved. There are crease marks visible in other shots. There is a raised seal. There is a signature stamp. It is a legal document per Hawaii laws.

That's a laser printout that was recently printed. There is still a huge loophole for conspiracy theorists. I am over it all, but I would still like to see the following items to shut everyone up:

1) original birth certificate
2) SAT score
3) LSAT score
4) College transcripts

That should shut everyone up so we can move on to focus on how Obama plans to "change" this country.

That would dispell all conspiracy theories. Judging by the flippant and stupid replies attacking the OP, It's also exactly what the most of the leftist 24/7 posters on this forum are afraid of.

How many people have actually verified Obama's birth certificate / college transcripts? 5? All liberals? All leftists? There's many unanswered questions and until then there will be theories and leftist loons fuming with rage, like this thread, that Obama's messiah status is even brought into question.

I've heard that every year at Christmas, Obama shits on the bible and wipes his ass with the shroud of Turin.

True story.

You guys are hilarious.

Is this a fucking joke? Seriously someone say it is so. This accusation is beyond laughable in terms of being an issue of any real substance and creditability. Keep turning off the moderate voters with this type of bullshit and it'll be really difficult to climb back out of that hole GWB dug for you guys.
