black people and baby powder

I don't mean to be rude at all, but I notice that a lot of african americans smell like baby powder - why is that? I mean, they smell like baby powder because they wear baby powder.. But why?

i always thought lotion was for dry skin and powder was for drying out moist areas. mebbe its baby powder scented lotion

lotion is for the dry skin, the powder is to prevent moisture from accumulating, hence making the skin very dry

I know sorry, I just meant it was to help prevent dry skin, keeps the moisture out, whcih can cause dry rashy skin

Yeah, but you have to squeeze or grind a lot of babies to get enough oil or powder to be of any use.
