Seriously, post a pic of yourself and we can tell which color would be better for you.

I have a black leather jacket. It's nice for maybe 3 months out of the year. Then it's pea coat time.

blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

I am wondering if it's too late to get a leather jacket already myself. It was pretty nice and warmer than usual today and I think the Winter will end very soon.

Why would you buy brown? Brown is the worst color. Black goes with everything.

I've never been crazy about leather jackets though

I also have a black leather parka that's cool for NYC....and I have 2 brown leather pilot bomber jackets (I love the front patch pockets)

Black is better for the evenings. Brown is better during the day. Both go with many colors. You can't go wrong with either one!

Yeah in 1987.

Leather is not warm or comfortable, but black is definitely not stylish anymore. It's pretty rare to see someone under 40 wearing black leather unless the guy also has a ponytail and a D&D tshirt.

Black leather jacket = your mom dressed you

I have a nice brown leather "casual" jacket for wearing with jeans and such, and a nice black leather blazer that I wear for more "dressy" occasions. Of course, neither is appropriate for true dress-up occasions, but sometimes you feel like a nut...sometimes you don't....:D

Hmm, the place I used to buy leather jackets apparently has gone under...too bad. Nice products, decent prices, VERY well made. :(
