Black ops. Show claymores as red?

I was watching a replay from a guys pov for a free for all round I just did and noticed that it always showed the claymores others had set as bright red and made it very easy to notice.

Is that a perk or a pro perk that enables that? Was it only for the sake of the theater view?

Couldn't find the answer via google or reading through the perk info.

Ah. Never use the perk. The description didn't sound very appealing but probably worth trying it seems.

I need to look up some guides that detail each perk and all the levels of them.

I use the Tactical Mask Pro perk a lot. It's a PITA to get though! Then I ask myself why I prestige and do it all over again. It's about that gold camo of course. Almost there. Not bad for just picking it up a month ago and only playing when I have time!

Hacker is the best tier 3 perk IMO, only other one I use is marathon, and only on specialty classes.

Tactical Mask Pro is the best tier 3 perk. If you use Flak Jacket (Tier 1), you don't really need Hacker.

I hate how they call the different groups of perks as Tier 1, 2, 3. It makes it sound like Tier 3 is higher/better than the other tiers when in actuality, it's just another set of perks to choose from.

All depends on your game mode. For the most part, Tac Mask Pro is GREAT.

But in a deathmatch-type game on a large map, Hacker serves to tell you where people are camping (see their claymores, etc) and Hacker Pro makes it easier to sneak up on the motion sensor campers.

But yeah, Flak Jacket and Tac Mask are a GREAT combo, especially for objective game modes where you will be getting lots of tactical nades and explosives thrown at you. I love when 3-4 grenades get tossed on a flag or HQ and I survive all of them!
