Black Ops 3 GPU issues

So steam has BO3 Multiplayer on sale for 15 bucks right now so I picked it up. Need something different than BF4 for a change. The problem is I notice that my GPU doesn't ramp up to its full speed in this game. Anyone else run into this problem with BO3?

Edit: Never mind. Some how I accidentally turned off my OC. Yes I know...I am very dumb.
