They sure do...but you have to wait to get the "customer loyalty" rebates, which IMHO soulds like too many things can go wrong. This rebate is simple, just sign up.

I did it, was not big deal. Actually got the "loyalty" rebates early.

It's for new customers only. The Razr is $349 for just the phone at Amazon.

Do they have family plans at Amazon yet? They didn't a month or tow when I checked. I ended up going the wirefly Motorola E815 with free bluetooth route there instead. While the E815 is a fine phone, it is too heavy and clunky for my tastes. Why can't they make a modern, reasonably priced phone without the camera? They are lots of us who don't want or need a low quality expensive camera or whose place of employment bars camera phones (common after the Iraq prision scandal).
