Got the 2 seasons (3 episodes each) at 1080i from the usual place. ;)
Nice concept for a British miniseries on tech and life. Was hoping for a 3rd season.

I've seen all but 2 episodes, warning brief spoilers below.

1) Started out great except for "the catch", wtf?
2) Totally weird, all that cycling and for what?
3) Weird, like everyone having a TiVo in their head.
4) Felt like the movie "her", the very ending in the attic, LOL.

I've only seen the first season so far and episode 3 was by far my favourite of those. Great concept and the resulting implications of it were presented very well. I'll have to watch season 2.

I watched the first two last night

I like the premise and love the message the shows are getting at, and the production value is high, but it still falls a bit short in terms of story, dialogue, etc.

Try the third one. It's a bit more intimate in the setting and i thought it worked quite a bit better than the first two; I actually did not really like the second episode much at all as I recall.

Have not watched it but the vibes I get from reading about it reminds me a tad bit of night gallery perhaps.

Watched the first one. Didn't like the grossness, but liked the concept. Didn't like how they wrapped it up - not in terms of the ending, but in terms of the feeling of giving you a moral of the story. I felt the same way at the end of Gravity - like the main character didn't really learn anything and had no purpose for all of her struggles.

Specifically: it was alluded to that the Prime Minister cheated on his wife with the Princess. But they never really pushed the whole "don't make stupid mistakes like this because you can get in trouble" angle like the Twilight Zone or Tales from the Crypt did...it was simply events that played out. It felt detached from the point of the story. Like, I wished they would have pushed the "careful what you do, because it can end up on Twitter in a heartbeat" morality tale. I felt like the ending should have made me feel like "wow, I better not make stupid decisions because the world can learn about it in a heartbeat", instead it was just like "meh, I watched a TV episode, time to find something else to do now".

I mean, everything worked out for everybody - the Prime Minister's ratings went up, the Princess didn't die or lose a finger and got married, and the artist achieved his goal of getting the world's biggest audience. It felt pointless. The only person who really got burned was the wife - first she was cheated on, then she had to deal with that whole TV ordeal with her husband, so she was left with a cold marriage. Moral of the story? Everything works out for people with bad intentions? The plot was interesting, but the story didn't leave me with an emotionally satisfying ending, I guess.

I've only watched the first three and while they are intriguing they are so fucking slow to get to the point. Then when you get there you are like, yeah and...

5th episode gave me terrible nightmares. Still terrifies me even thinking about it.

I didn't know there was a Season 2. First season was good, especially the first episode.

I gave this a try last night and watched the first episode. I'm pretty sure I will feel dumber for at least a month because of it. I know it was striving for some sort of dark social commentary, but it was just utterly stupid in every way.

I must have missed the cheating part?

Well that's what I mean. They allude to it, but don't ever say it directly or even indirectly. You have to infer it from (1) the wife's reactions, and (2) the fact that they're holding a random Princess hostage. Therefore, he cheated on his wife with the Princess. But the whole show was like that...everything felt too distant. The points of: not cheating on your wife, how social media can ruin your life in an instant, obtaining the world's largest audience as an artist, etc. Nothing was really the focus of the show other than time passing & events happening with no real consequence.

It just kind of felt like a waste of my time at the end.

Yea they are all different and not related. They are more or less similar to Tales from the Crypt etc, except the subject matter revolves around todays social media and fixation on technology. Some are better than others.
