Black Friday deals suck?

Is it just me, or is Black Friday this year really a "black" (aka sad) day?

It seems to me that the prices are extremely bad this year, with very few loss leaders. Most things are at the normal "sale" prices it seems, or even worse.

Does anyone else agree?

It's not you. They really are pretty weak this year.

The deals do seem a little on the weak side this year. I did, however, find my dad a new laptop (2.0GHz C2D, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, wireless) for $499 with free shipping on Newegg. That turned out to be about $50-100 less than all of the BF deals from the big B&M stores.

1. Get an XPS M1330 and a freebie Magellan 1400 from Dell Home. foro $1029
2. Sell Magellan (or use it as a gift elsewhere later)
3. Profit.
