black borders on tv out?

hi.

whenever i use my tv-out on my geeforce 4 card, I get black borders on the left and right on the movie on my tv. However, there are no black borders on my monitor. Can someone plz help me to get rid of the se black borders!
 
🙁 Unfortunately nVidia still rely on 3rd party chips to handle TVin & TVout. As such they can't be bothered to tweak the drivers so these black borders, a result of overscan on TV sets, are removed. The only choice I know of is TV-Tool, version 6.5 supports GF4 cards and you can try a 15min timeout version for free to decide whether you feel the full version is worth the cash. Anybody know of a FREE tool to eliminate these borders, maybe we should all send nVidia 1 email per day until they make the necessary tweaks?
